Sharon Wamble-King is president of the WambleKing Group, LLC, a management consultancy with core capabilities in change management, strategic corporate communication, diversity and inclusion, leadership and organizational development. Wamble-King’s career spans more than three decades serving in leadership positions in healthcare and management consulting. Sharon has held executive leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, change communication practice leader at Arthur Andersen, LLP, and business consulting at William M. Mercer. Wamble-King is founder and president of The WambleKing Group, LLC a management consultancy with core capabilities in change management, strategic corporate communication, diversity and inclusion, leadership and organizational development. Among his clients have been Nexyst, Wellspring Health and Sports Performance, City Year, and the Florida Blue Foundation.
During her career, Wamble-King has been active in community and professional organizations. She is a member of the Arthur Page Society, Women Corporate Directors, serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for the University of North Florida, Trustee for the Florida State College Jacksonville Foundation and has served as a Trustee for Florida Memorial University, an HBCU in Miami Gardens, Florida, and Board Chair for the Bay Area Center for Arts and Technology. A Leadership Florida alum, she is Prosci Change Management and John Maxwell certified and is pursuing a doctoral degree in change and leadership from Antioch University.
