Carrie Blum specializes in healthcare operations, including work in the healthcare field with employee engagement, process improvement, patient satisfaction, IT strategy and organizational strategic planning. Carrie’s passion and focus is working with her clients to develop and implement lean process improvement, strategic planning and deployment, and mentoring teams for success.
Carrie is a driven senior executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and information technology. Prior to co-founding 1100 Partners, Carrie spent over 20 years progressing through various roles at Monroe Clinic. With roots stretching back to information technology as a trainer, she learned the skills necessary to work her way up culminating in several years as an executive VP and Chief Information Officer. Throughout all of her roles, Carrie has built relationships, mentored leaders and connected with peers to continually improve processes, technologies, culture and results.
In her free time, Carrie enjoys getting to visit her two sons who live way too far away for her liking! She also loves a quiet Sunday with her husband when she has a chance to get outside and play her with her Blue Heeler mix, Louie.
